Christina began her business not long after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Georgia State University in 1994. She has worked as a professional color consultant for both residential and commercial properties throughout the city of Atlanta.

The process begins with learning more about your project and your objectives:
I primarily work with Sherwin Williams paint and stain colors and Benjamin Moore color palettes.
I start by asking “How long have you lived here?”. To gain insight in to your color preferences I will ask you” What do you like or not like about what you currently have? Are you painting for re-sale ability or to refresh your long-term home?”
It is especially helpful when homeowners are wanting to make a striking visual change to have some inspirational images from on line, or of homes they have seen in their neighborhoods, to share with me.
I will discuss colors and get a sense of what tones you gravitate toward; color is like food: you cannot tell someone what to like. My process is to select colors and create a cohesive palette- balancing colors trends with timeless elegance. Once I gain insight in to your preferences, I can select colors and coordinate them in tones you prefer.
The front door is an opportunity for more individualized expression of personality. I often refer to Sherwin Williams Historic Color Collections to inspire front door colors. I select stain colors for front doors, decks, steps, fences, porch floors and shake shingles. Exterior color consultations often address ideas for curb appeal and enhancing your landscape design.

Getting a new front door can significantly enhance your home from both inside and exterior. I can discuss options with you to design custom new doors. I work with door fabricators to design doors with proportions and details to enhance and compliment your house’s architectural features.
